Dataset Description

This dataset contains Somatic mutations in 197 patients with lung adenocarcinoma called by WES.

Somatic mutations mainly include three types: SNP, DEL, and INS.The majority of mutations are single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs, 91.92%), with intronic and missense mutations accounting for the largest proportion of functional classifications.

Each mutation record is linked to patient sample barcodes and corresponding pathologic stages (e.g., IA, IB)
