Dataset Description

This methylation dataset contains complete data from 129 samples, and all samples are associated with clear pathological stage information, which can be directly used for methylation difference analysis across different disease stages.

Among the 129 samples, there are 56 Early-stage samples, 34 Late-stage samples, and 39 Normal samples. Early-stage samples account for the largest proportion, and the distribution of samples across stages is sufficient to support group comparison studies.
